Biographical Information

Michael Noack joined Allen Austin as a Partner after serving in several progressively challenging roles in a variety of disciplines. He began his career as a recruitment professional concentrating on strategic planning, talent acquisition and performance management in a high-growth, private manufacturing environment. These generalist responsibilities reached across multiple business units including metal fabrication and complex assembly operations. Beyond human resources & corporate recruitment, Michael was also engaged in sales and marketing management for a private label manufacturing division which formed a strategic partnership with a Fortune 500 manufacturer. His main responsibilities were to promote a new product launch in the residential (consumer) and commercial (B2B) marketplaces.

Additionally, Michael has held a leadership role in talent acquisition for a Fortune 1000 diversified energy holding company. He has managed the recruitment function corporate-wide while executing key projects related to the attraction of a new professional workforce. In this role, Michael has utilized progressive strategies to further his recruitment networking and business development efforts. He has direct recruitment and project management experience in the renewable energy space, specifically in large-scale wind energy development and operations.
